If you don't agree with any part of these protocols, we're sorry to say you must cease all use of our data streams and analytical dashboards immediately. We believe clarity is the foundation of any professional marine resource partnership.

2. Data Intellectual Property

All marine ecosystem data models, oceanic trend forecasts, and proprietary algorithms generated by Marinelytics remain the exclusive intellectual property of our research team. While we provide you with transformative insights, the underlying structural intelligence isn't for resale or redistribution.

• Users retain ownership of their raw uploaded environmental datasets.
• Derived insights are licensed specifically for the purchasing organisation.

3. Service Limitations

Do we guarantee 100% accuracy in every oceanic forecast? While our Bayesian models are state-of-the-art, the ocean is a chaotic system of variables. Marinelytics provides high-probability insights meant to support decision-making, not to replace local expert judgment or mandatory safety regulations. We won't be held liable for discrepancies resulting from sudden environmental shifts beyond the scope of 17 years of historical data patterns.

4. Client Obligations

You'll need to ensure that any marine resource data provided to us of your own volition is obtained ethically and legally under UK and international maritime law. It's your responsibility to maintain the security of your analytics portal credentials. Don't share them. Ever.
